A healthy diet plan high in antioxidants, fiber, and nutrients will enhance a person’s ability to lose weight as part of their self-care wellness plan. As the saying goes you are what you eat, diet plays an essential role in a person’s life. Living your best life requires balance improving physical, and emotional wellbeing using exercise, diet, self care empowerment techniques 

Guidelines suggest adults should perform daily regular exercise moving more often living active lifestyles sitting less. Walking 10,000 Steps of cardio exercise also referred to as aerobic physical activity can be performed at low or high-intensity levels benefits the entire body. Aerobic exercises activities will increase the metabolism to burn off fat safely and effectively even when the workout is complete If a person is walking 4 miles or 7 km it takes the average person approximately slightly over 10,000 steps to complete depending on the length of stride

Build lean muscles cycling outdoors boosting the metabolism converting food into energy to burn off unwanted body fat riding at mild to moderate speed for 30 minutes or more per session for a great aerobic workout.  Cycling provides tremendous benefits for the body as a cardio workout that is easy on the joints. Cycling performed on a stationary bike or outdoors using a bike equipped for specific trails including mountain bikes is an excellent exercise. Cycling pushing pedals provide a great aerobic workout that triggers the release of endorphins fueling positive feelings of emotional wellbeing.
